A scene is when it usually has the following characteristics that consists of a small number of individual shots and the shots all cover one short piece of a larger action. They are all in a single area of the set or location.

Technique of editing is the task of taking the materials recorded during the production and transforming them into a finished audiovisual program.

An action line is an imaginary line separating camera and subject. Keeping the camera on its side of the line maintains screen direction.

Three types of screen direction are Screen Direction:Look which is when two people are speaking to eachother, good screen direction calls for one person to face one side of the screen and the other person to face the opposite side. The two other screen directions are Screen Direction:Movement & Screen Direction: Convention.

Three Styles of Coverage are Classical coverage which is wide view that gradually moves closer and closer to the characters. The other two are contemporary coverage and personal coverage.
