Diffusion Lighting is a white spun glass or plastic sheeting placed in the light path to soften and disperse it.

We didn't use diffusion lighting equipment on our set while doing our interviews.

Masking is the highly directional beams of spotlights that can be masked to produce hard-edged cutoff patterns.

An example of masking are barn doors because they are a pair of metal flaps hinged to the sides and/or top and bottom edges of the lamp.

The camera in the interview project with the good sound/audio came from the middle camera.

We first hit record, then pop the strobe flash light, so we know exactly where we started the interview and it is easy to edit and review.

The camera on the left, facing the stage, is positioned to be directly on the opposite person of the camera.  Likewise, the camera postitioned on the right, facing the stage, is lined to show the second person of the interview.  The camera positioned in the middle is designed to show both members of the interviewing party.

The aperture on a camera affects how much light is entering the lens of the camera.  This will change the appearance of the shot.
